Is Pops always right?

Pops is very good at explaining things in plain words. Like anyone, it can get something wrong now and then, so for money, medicine and legal papers it will always point you to a person you can double-check with.

Does Pops keep my private information?

Pops works best when he gets to know you. That is why everything you tell him is saved, except photos, so he can understand you better and help you more each time. If you ever want it gone, you can delete everything yourself in Settings.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Pops runs in your browser. If you want it to look like an app, you can add it to your home screen.

Can I use it in my own language?

Yes. Pops speaks ten languages, including Hebrew. Pick yours in Settings, or simply write in it and Pops answers in the same language.

Can my daughter set it up for me?

Yes, and that is the easy way. She fills in Family Setup on your device once, and after that you only tap the buttons.
