Pops AI ("Pops", "the service") is an assistant that answers everyday questions in plain words, in several languages, with large text and read-aloud. It can explain letters and bills, warn about possible scams, help you write messages, and answer questions about photos you send it.
By creating an account or continuing to use Pops, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be an adult, or have a parent or guardian set up and supervise your use.
Answers come from an artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Pops is not a doctor, pharmacist, lawyer, accountant or financial adviser, and nothing it says is medical, legal, financial or tax advice. For anything about your health, your medicines, your money or legal papers, always check with a qualified person before acting. You are responsible for how you use the answers.
Keep your sign-in link and your account to yourself. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Please give accurate information when you sign up.
You must not use Pops to:
You are responsible for the questions you ask and the photos and text you send. Only send content you have the right to share.
You keep ownership of what you send to Pops. You give us a limited right to process it only so we can answer you and run the service. Photos you send are used to answer that one question and are not stored. You may use the answers Pops gives you for personal, lawful purposes.
The service itself — the software, design, name and branding — belongs to us. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. If you believe content on Pops infringes your rights, contact us through the support page and we will look into it; repeated infringement by a user can end their access.
Pops Plus is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle under Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). You can cancel any time, and your Plus features stay on until the end of the paid period. Our refund policy is at askpopsai.com/refund.
We work hard to keep Pops available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change over time.
We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if payment is not made, or if your use creates a security or fraud risk. You can delete your account and everything in it yourself at any time in Settings.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data). Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Pops is operated by Irad Deutsch ("we", "us", "the seller"). When you use Pops or buy a subscription, your contract is with Irad Deutsch.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Israel have jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you other rights you cannot give up. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page, and continuing to use Pops after a change means you accept it.
