Photos you send are used to answer that one question and are never kept. We do not sell your information to anyone.
We use your information because it is needed to provide the service you signed up for, because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and improving it, and — for advertising measurement — only with your consent where the law asks for it.
We keep your information while your account exists. You can clear your conversations or delete your entire account yourself in Settings, and it is gone for good. Information we must keep by law (for example payment records, which Paddle holds) is kept only as long as required.
You can see, correct, export or delete your information, and you can object to or limit how we use it. You can withdraw the cookie consent at any time by clearing your browser data for this site. To use any of these rights, write to us through the support page — we answer within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
The services that run Pops may process information in other countries, including the United States. Where information leaves the UK or the European Economic Area, it is protected by standard contractual safeguards or an adequacy decision.
Pops itself needs only the essential storage that keeps you signed in. The advertising measurement (Meta Pixel) runs only after you agree, in the countries where the law requires us to ask. Google Analytics counts visits anonymously. You can change your mind by clearing your browser data for this site.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level isolation so each account sees only its own data.
Pops AI is operated by Irad Deutsch, who is the data controller — the person responsible for how your personal information is handled. You can reach us any time through the support page in the app.
